Why Buffalo? Buffalo is the meat of the future – tender, sweet and good for y’all! It is low in fat and cholesterol but high in protein. Our buffalo cuts have fewer calories and less than half the fat and cholesterol of skinless chicken. The flavor is best when served rare to medium-rare. Try it for a taste of the Real West!
