A typical Thai dish is well known for its hot taste, which is produced by fresh or dried hot chilies. In general, not all Thai dishes are hot, some are mild, and most are tolerable.

At Pattaya, we prepare each dish according to our customer's preference. Please let your server know how you like your dishes to be prepared; mild, medium, spicy, or hot. Also please not that each dish cannot be returned once it's prepared to meet your orders.
