Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) - website

The RSA is established by Congress as the principal federal agency authorized to carry out Titles I, III, VI, and VII, as well as Section 509 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended by title IV of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Additionally, RSA administers programs and activities under the Randolph-Sheppard Act, as amended. RSA provides national leadership for, and administration of basic state and formula grant programs, service projects, rehabilitation training discretionary grant programs, and Randolph-Sheppard vending facilities programs. Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) is part of the US Dept of Education.
